Subject: Weekly update from the Old Fire Recovery Group

Just a reminder that we will be meeting this Sunday at 2PM at our regular meeting place which is the Calvary Baptist Church at 3701 Sierra Way.

George from CARe will be there as well as this week's special speaker Laurie Delgado from Escrow Funding Services who will be talking about "The mechanics of working with Contractors"

-----
Last week's meeting was a great success.  We had Anna Maria Galdieri who is a Disaster Tax Specialist.  We did video record this meeting and can get more handouts.

The Lake Arrowhead group also recorded their meeting which was held the next day.  The recording is better because they had a professional doing the recording.  We can get copies of either meeting.

Please contact me if you're interested in getting copies for you and/or your accountant.  There will be a small duplication charge.  The amount of the charge will be determined by the number of copies we need made.

DVD's will probably be cheaper than VHS but both will probably be available.  Please include if you want DVD or VHS.

The final legal clinic will be held in the San Diego area (El Cajon) at Grossmont College room 200.  It will be held Saturday, October 2 at 2PM.

If anyone is interested in getting a tankless water heater I have found a contact which is willing to give a little discount.  They are in Colorado so they don't do installation, this is just for purchasing the product.  Talk to your contractor about installation or they might be able to recommend an installer in our area.

They sell several different brands but the product you use will be dependant on the size of your home, but basically this unit only heats water on demand and does not have a storage tank which (as you know) heats all of that water 24 hours a day regardless if you're actually using hot water or not.  Technically with the tankless unit you can run hot water continuously without ever running out (since it heats on demand) but saves money on your energy bill since it is not heating 24/7.

Call Bob at Infinion 800 873-3507 x101.  You can check out their website at:
