Are you having problems with a company, agency or contractor? If the person is a licenced professional (or entity) there is always an agency ready to take complaints. Here are some places to start looking.

Go to the North American Directory of Regulatory Boards and Colleges , select your state and look for your states board of health, behavior or professionals.
